Contributions to FR09

Anyone wishing to present a paper at the conference is requested to submit a synopsis of not more than 2 pages. The synopsis should give enough information on the contents of the proposed paper to enable the Programme Committee to evaluate it. Introductory and general matters should not be included. Authors are urged to make use of the Synopsis Template in Word 2000 and the user instructions available on the conference web page.

Online Submission of Extended Synopsis

Participation Form and Form for Submission of a Paper for IAEA

A copy of the extended synopsis must be submitted, together with the completed Form for Submission of a Paper (Form B), available on the IAEA Meetings and Conferences Page (FR09), and the Participation Form (Form A), to the competent national authority (see Section 15 of Announcement) for official transmission to the IAEA.
The deadline for receipt by the IAEA is June 15, 2009.

Preparation of Manuscript

As the manuscript that must be submitted in English will be reproduced unedited, you are requested to follow very carefully the guidelines and template available on the conference web page. Please note that the template will not work properly unless first saved to the local drive of your computer and accessed as described in the included guidelines.

Preparation of Poster

Authors of papers accepted as Poster Presentations and authors invited to present their country’s National/International Programme are required to prepare posters. Authors are responsible for preparing their display materials in advance of their arrival at the conference. Please see the poster guidelines for additional details available on the conference web page.
