Registration for Japanese nationality

CHANNELS OF COMMUNICATION" in Announcement and Call for Paper, the Participation Form and, as applicable, the Form for Submission of a Paper/Poster and the Grant Application Form, should be sent to the competent national authorities (e.g., Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Atomic Energy Authority) for official transmission to the IAEA.
Therefore, for those who possess Japanese citizenship, Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) will collect the Participation Form, etc. and offer assistance in completing various procedures for the authorities concerned.
