Invitation to Welcome Reception

A Welcome Reception (drink with light meal), sponsored by MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, LTD and MITSUBISHI FBR SYSTEMS, INC, will be held as the first event of FR09. If you would like to attend the Reception, please register for "welcome reception" on the web site in advance. All registered persons can attend the reception at no charge. We are sincerely looking forward to many people's attendance.

Box Lunch Service on Monday

Free box lunch will be provided by executive sponsor, MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES, LTD and MITSUBISHI FBR SYSTEMS, INC. You can choose one box lunch out of three kinds of lunches and pick it up at Kyoto International Conference Center Banquet Hall 'Swan' at noon on December 7. If you would like the box lunch on Monday, please make a choice on the web site in advance.

Box Lunch at Young Generation Event (Wednesday)

Free box lunch will be provided for attendees of Young Generation Event (YGE) in the official programme. You can choose one box lunch out of three kinds of lunches. If you would like the box lunch on Wednesday, please make a choice on the web site in advance.

Hospitality program for spouses

Japanese tea ceremony will be held for the spouse accompanied with participants to FR09 Conference. The spouses are welcomed to enjoy the Japanese culture in a Japanese tea ceremony house with free of charge. If you would like to attend Japanese tea ceremony, please register for Japanese tea ceremony on the web site in advance. Please remind that the number of seats is limited.
